Account & Data Deletion Request
📱 Option 1: Instant In-App Deletion (Recommended)
If you have the Driver Ultimate Zim application installed on your phone, you can permanently erase your profile and wipe all stored learning history immediately:
- Open the Driver Ultimate Zim app on your device.
- Tap the Settings icon in the navigation bar.
- Scroll down to the Data & Progress Reset section.
- Tap Reset learning progress.
- Confirm the action in the prompt. This will immediately purge your streaks, answer logs, and local device records.
✉️ Option 2: Online Account Deletion Request
If you have uninstalled the application or wish to have our administrators permanently purge all your cloud account records from Firebase Firestore, please submit an email deletion request:
To request deletion, send an email to tatendachipwanya@gmail.com with:
- Subject: Account Deletion Request - Driver Ultimate Zim
- Your Registered Email: The email address or Google Account used to sign in to the app.
- User Full Name / Display Name: For verification prior to purging.
🗑️ What Data Is Permanently Purged?
Once your deletion request is processed, the following information is permanently and irrevocably deleted within 30 days:
- Authentication Identity: Firebase User UID, verified email address, and profile credentials.
- Study History & Metrics: Test answers, accuracy stats, score logs, answered questions count, and milestone badges.
- Custom Settings: Vehicle licence class choice (Class 1, 2, 3, 4), target VID test date, and personal preferences.
- Cloud Sync Data: Cloud Firestore user progress document backups.
Note: Anonymized system crash analytics retained by Google Play Console for technical stability do not contain any personal identifying details.
